Your appointments are very important to me, and they are reserved specifically for you. Confirmation texts are sent out 72 hours before your appointment, please try to make any necessary changes at this time. I understand that sometimes last-minute schedule adjustments are unavoidable- with that being said, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the appointment (including a change in services). Please be advised that any changes made to your appointment without a 48 hour notice may result in a fee equal to 50% of the reserved services. No-call or no-show clients will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the reserved services. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to this card on file.
